1 Squat Clean + 2 Power Cleans
(touch & go)

WOD

“Kelly”
5 RFT:
Run 400m
30 box jumps (24”/20”)
30 wall ball (20/14)

If you think “Kelly” will take you more than 30 minutes to complete, scale the WOD to 3 rounds instead of 5.
